• Delivered by SF Express, it will take about 1-3 working days for the customer to arrive at the SF Express station/service center/smart locker/7-11 convenience store/OK convenience store designated by the customer after shipment.Customers please pick up the parcel at designated SF Express stations/service centers/smart lockers/7-11 convenience stores/Circle Circle
• convenience stores by using "SF Express Pickup SMS".How to track express delivery: A SF Express tracking number will be provided after shipment. 
• Customers can enter the shipment tracking number on the SF Express website to track the delivery status of the express delivery.

Overseas Regions 

• Two delivery options:

1. Hongkong Post [International Air Mail Parcel/Parcel]
2. Hongkong Post [International Express Mail]

The actual shipping fee will be calculated and charged separately based on the total weight of the goods and the postal area after placing the order and payment.
