Purchase Information


1. All orders are subject to full payment before they are confirmed. If you wish to purchase the product, please deposit the money within 24 hours, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up the transaction (the above deposit slip shall prevail).


2. After submitting an order on the website, even if payment has not yet been made, our store will still help customers purchase first. Those who abandon the order will be included in the blacklist. Sorry, our store does not accept any orders from the blacklist.


3. It takes time to place an order and ship the item, usually 14-21 days to arrive. If there is insufficient supply or delivery is delayed after payment, we will notify you immediately or arrange a refund.


4. After successfully placing an order on the website, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless there is a quality issue. Please think twice and measure the size before placing an order.


Reasons for not accepting returns or exchanges: not quite like what I imagined / not liking it after receiving it / feeling different from the photo / difference in personal perception / inappropriate size / unclear stitching mixed with other colors / thread ends / product smell / product has been washed in water or shrunk after washing / fabric deformed / discolored, etc.


If there are any quality/other issues, please notify the owner within three days after receipt for replacement. No requests will be accepted after that.


Please note that for all clothes with light and dark patchwork, do not rub them by hand to avoid transferring the dark color to the light-colored areas and loosening the pleats. Please rinse with cold water.


6. If the goods are sold in stock, our store will arrange shipment within 2-3 days after confirmation of receipt.


7. Outdoor light / indoor light / sunlight angle / cold light / warm light / computer monitor / mobile phone screen will all cause differences in color. If you cannot accept the color difference, please consider carefully before purchasing.


8. Regular customers know that our store’s markup has always been low, so we do not accept bargaining. Thank you for your understanding.


9. The size of the clothes is measured by hand, please allow for 1-2cm error.
